30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return condition

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unused
• In original condition
• With tags attached when applicable

Made-to-order items

Most illMade apparel is made to order. Because of that, please review sizing, color, and product details before purchasing. If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

How to start a return

1. Email info@illmade.org with your order number.
2. Tell us which item you want to return and why.
3. Wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.
4. Pack the item securely and send it back using the instructions provided.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can review it.
