Shipping Times

illMade products are made to order. That means your item is produced after purchase instead of sitting in bulk inventory. This helps reduce waste and keeps each piece intentional.

Estimated shipping window

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. After production, delivery time depends on the item, destination, and carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

• United States: 5–12 business days after production
• International: 8–20 business days after production

Multiple shipments

Some items may ship separately because illMade works with multiple production and fulfillment partners. If your order arrives in more than one package, your remaining item may still be on the way.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you should receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page.
